I helped drive the vision and development of the design concept for the Vans x ABC Mart store in Harajuku, Japan—marking an important first step for Vans in the Japanese market. The project was about more than just launching a store; it was about introducing the brand in a way that felt locally relevant while staying true to our global identity. Working closely with regional partners and ABC Mart, we created a space that balanced cultural nuance with thoughtful brand storytelling.
