I supported and guided this project from a global perspective while the local team led the on-the-ground execution. My role focused on ensuring brand consistency and alignment with our global design principles, while also supporting the integration of new elements specific to this corporate partnership store. A key part of the strategy was blending analog and digital mediums—balancing tactile, physical storytelling with integrated technology to create a layered and immersive brand experience. The result was a collaborative and cohesive effort that honored the Vans identity while adapting to the needs of the partner and local market.
