Our team led the design charge on a full remodel and refresh of the Vans 5th Ave store—all within an accelerated five-week timeline. I focused primarily on construction coordination, design detailing, and installation, supporting the project from initial concept through fabrication, demo, and final buildout. This fast-paced effort required close collaboration, precision, and agility at every stage to deliver a refreshed retail experience on time and in alignment with brand standards.
