Santa Monica, California

I had the opportunity to lead the design direction for the new Vans store in Santa Monica, with a focus on elevating the overall retail experience. This project went beyond surface-level modifications—it was about rethinking how the store presents the brand in a more refined, intentional way. From reworking fixture strategy to enhancing material clarity and visual flow, the goal was to create a space that felt clean, elevated, and aligned with the evolving direction of Vans retail. A standout feature is the custom brand icon façade, designed to make a bold and lasting impression. It was an exciting opportunity to help push the brand forward while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners throughout the process.
